Is OaklandXFL part of the XFL?
No. OaklandXFL is not part of the XFL. OaklandXFL is not part of the XFL, Alpha Acquico LLC, RedBird Capital Partners, City of Oakland, County of Alameda, Joint Powers Authority, Oakland Athletics, or any other professional Sports League, Government Body, Citizen Group, Community, Union, or Association. In part it acts in exclusivity of itself with no association, instruction, or assistance from Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, Jeffery Pollack, or any other owner / employee of the XFL.

Has XFLOakland had contact with the XFL?
No. At this time OaklandXFL has not reached out to the XFL notifying them of their efforts. It is the full intention of OaklandXFL to reach out to the XFL once certain internal requirements are met.

What are the next steps for OaklandXFL?
Assign certain projects within the group.  Continue  previously established communication with political figures of the City of Oakland, County of Alameda, and surrounding area to ensure the welcoming of the XFL. In addition to political associations OaklandXFL will be contacting local and surrounding business leaders to garner support and assistance in bringing the XFL to Oakland.
